Respect: All clients and potential clients are treated with dignity and respect.

Ethics: We always conduct ourselves and service honestly and honourably and to the highest levels of integrity, accountability and responsibility. In return, we expect our clients to do the same.

Honesty: We will not make false or misleading claims of outcomes or benefits as a result of either individual consultation or group training.

Confidentiality: We adhere to strict levels of client confidentiality, complying with the Data Protection Act 1998, except as permitted by the client in writing. Written permission will also be obtained from any client if their names, testimonials or referees are likely to be used in any advertising or promotional material.

Transparency: We will actively avoid any actual or potential conflict of interest.  Should an actual or potential conflict of interest arise, we will openly work with the client’s best interests as priority.

Protection: prior written consent from a parent, guardian or teacher is required when training is to be undertaken by a minor (under 18 years).

Intellectual property and moral rights: We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of all intellectual property that we create unless agreed otherwise in advance with our clients. In return we respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in our clients' intellectual property.

Quality assurance: We maintain the quality of what we do with continuous ongoing reviews of our aims, activities and client outcome. We provide regular contact with progress reports and actively encourage regular client review meetings.

Professional conduct: We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgement and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients.

Equality and discrimination: We always strive to be fair and objective in our advice and actions, and we are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or personal disability.
