Standard Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to those who purchase consultancy training and/or services supplied by Jacqui Bowen Stress Control & Wellbeing. These terms and conditions should be read and accepted by you prior to purchasing our service. You accept that by engaging in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We offer a specialised, high quality and tailored in-house training and services to all our clients delivered at their work premises.


Professional obligations

The Consultant:

   will ensure that training is provided safely in a diligent, careful, skilful and competent manner.
   will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent from the client.

The Client:

   will ensure a safe working environment and subsequently agrees to comply to all applicable health and safety regulations.
    agree that all materials and all right, title and interest in the materials developed is the property of the consultant.

If any material breach of the professional obligation is committed by either the consultant or client, the agreement may be terminated. Any loss arising directly from this breach from either the consultant or client under the obligations of this agreement will be settled fairly and accordingly.



All fees and basis of charges will be agreed clearly in advance to enable a clear understanding of service trade between our business and our client. This will also allow the services to continue to run efficiently and effectively.



Unless otherwise agreed, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and payment of the full balance is to be paid within 30 days of receiving our invoice. Statutory interest plus the current Bank of England base rate will apply to any late payments, unless a deferred payment has been previously agreed with our client.  


Cancellation Policy

We understand things can happen last minute and have tried to develop a fair policy. In the event of any changes or possible cancellations please contact us directly to discuss. However, all cancellations need to be in writing.

   Any cancellations and refund requests made within 24hrs of booking will not be charged a
fee and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
   After the 24hr period but within 10 days of the booking being made,
cancellations will be charged at 20% of the full balance (rendering the deposit if paid in advance non-refundable).
•   After 10 days, the cancellation fee of 50% of the full balance will apply.
•    No refunds will be issued if cancellation is required within 10 days prior to the start date of the event booked and the full cost of the booking must be paid in full.



The consultant holds appropriate and adequate current personal, public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
